GETTING HERE

		How do I get to Centro Ybor?
		If you are from out-of-town, we recommend using either your Auto Club Service or Mapquest online (www.mapquest.com) to get the best directions to Tampa, Florida. You may then use our Directions page which features a map and written directions from the east, west, north and south of Ybor City. Centro Ybor is located in the historic 7th Avenue district of Ybor City in the 33605 zip code. It is accessible from Exit #1 off the East ramp of I-4.

		Is Centro Ybor accessible by the HART bus line?
		Yes, Centro Ybor is accessible by the HART bus line. There are several bus stops along 7th Avenue. Check with HART for the most accurate information based on your location. HART's telephone number for bus schedule information is (813) 623-5835 or check the HART route information online.

		Are there any forms of transportation connecting Centro Ybor with the rest of Tampa?
		Yes there is!!! The TECO line streetcar system connects Centro Ybor, the Florida Aquarium, Marriott Waterside, the Port of Tampa, The St. Pete Times Forum, and the Tampa Convention Center. The 2.4-mile single-track system operating seven days a week from mid-morning until late evening, later on weekends. Click here for more information and rates.

		The new Centro Ybor parking garage is open 24 hours a day, every day of the week.

		Is valet parking available at Centro Ybor?
		Yes. Pick up and drop off is available on 9th Avenue under Muvico. Discounted valet parking is available every day for $3 with validation. Sunday through Thursday valet parking is $5 without validation. Friday and Saturday is $10 without validation.

Where is the Lost and Found?

Please call ISMG at (813) 477-1331 if you've lost or found anything.

If you have lost something during your visit, we also recommend that you contact tenants you visited while at Centro Ybor. If they have your property they may not have turned it in to the Lost and Found.

		Where are the ATMs?
		Three SunTrust ATM's are available at Centro Ybor. One is under Adobe Gila's across from Sunglass Hut; the other two are on the sides of the Muvico Box Offices on 8th Avenue.

		Where is the management office?
		The Centro Ybor Management Office is located at 1600 E. 8th Avenue, next to Urban Outfitters on 8th Ave. Office hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 AM until 5:30 PM. The telephone number is (813) 242-4660. Voicemail is available after hours.

		How do I recognize a security person?
		We call our security personnel "Property Staff." Our Property Staff are committed to making your visit with us a pleasant one. They are here to help you with minor inconveniences you may encounter as well as to assist you, and our tenants, in matters of health and safety.

		What is the policy regarding solicitation of tenants or guests on Centro Ybor property?
		Solicitation of any kind is not permitted. In addition, Centro Ybor does not supply contact information for tenants to solicitors.

		What kind of auto assistance is available?
		Our Property Staff can assist you in making a call to your auto club.

What accommodations and courtesies are provided for disabled guests?

Centro Ybor is accessible to those who are disabled. Valet parking may be helpful to guests dealing with physical challenges. Valet service information is available here. Wheelchairs are not provided by Centro Ybor but are welcome.

Our disabled guests are encouraged to solicit assistance from our Property Staff should they encounter any situation which inhibits their freedom to enjoy visiting Centro Ybor. We are dedicated to making our property a relaxing, easy place to spend leisure time.
