CENTRO YBOR TO HOST OPEN HOUSE MINILINKS CHARITY GOLF TOURNAMENT

TAMPA, Fla. (December 6, 2004)- On Saturday December 11, Centro Ybor with partner LeaderBoard of Tampa, will co-host an Open House MiniLinks Golf event as a run-through for the inaugural First Annual Bay Area MiniLinks Charity Golf Tournament, to be held January 15, 2005. The Open play date will run all day on Dec. 11, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
The Tournament will benefit Tampa General Hospital Children’s Center. The winner of a special Hole-In-One contest will receive a Portable Putting Green donated by LeaderBoard of Tampa.
Families are invited to bring their children and all guests are welcome to play on the 18-hole course for a minimum donation of $5 to one of three charities: The Children’s Home, Children’s Cancer Center and Everyday Blessings Adoption Agency.
Centro Ybor and LeaderBoard of Tampa, owner of MiniLinks, will donate all proceeds as a holiday gift to the three charities. LeaderBoard will also supply “TV” monitors running digital photos and videos of the Open House all day for participants to view after they play.
Participants can register at this Open House for the few remaining Family Player spots in the First Annual Bay Area MiniLinks Charity Golf Tournament on January 15, 2005.
